User Data Removal

Users are defined as all users for the web application orderplate.com, which includes customers who order food via our website / app and restaurants, whose employees use our software platform to process orders and accept payments from customers. If restaurants close their business or decide to move to different platforms for doing business, their information will be removed within 30 days of such requests received at orderplate.com.

If customers wish their information to be removed, they need to request us via email (or contact us page) that their information may be removed from our system. Customer information, such as name, email, phone number and related order details will be removed from our systems within 30 days of receiving such information.

Any data removal must be followed via sending email directly to us or via contact us page. If this process changes, this page will be updated.

Restaurant information and customer information/data are also used for data analysis and statistical calculation, without using any PII (Personal Identifiable Information). This data without any user information becomes part of analytical data, which can't be removed. However, all data related to the user will be removed within 30 days of receiving such requests. Users will be notified via email once their data is removed from our system.
